  1. Refunds:

 – We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason other than faulty items.

 – Refunds are only available for faulty items that are reported within 24 hours of delivery.

 – To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase, such as the original order    confirmation or receipt.

  1. Faulty Items:

 – In the event that  you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.

 – To report a faulty item, please provide clear details and, if possible, include photographs that clearly demonstrate the   fault.

 – Our customer support team will assess the situation and determine if the item is indeed faulty.

 – If the item is deemed faulty, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return and refund process.

-Do not post any items back to our address,we will send you prepaid postage details to receive item or liability will lie with client if procedure not followed.

 

  1. Non-Returnable Items:

 – We do not accept returns or offer refunds for non-faulty items, including but not limited to:

 – Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

 – Items without their original tags or packaging.

  – Personalized or custom-made items.

 – If your faulty item is eligible for a refund, we will provide you with a return shipping label or make arrangements for the return.

 – The item must be returned in its original condition, including all tags and packaging.

 – Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within a reasonable timeframe.

 – Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  1. Shipping Costs:

 – We do not refund shipping costs, unless the fault lies with us (e.g., incorrect item shipped, manufacturing defect).

  1. Limited Liability:

 – Our liability is limited to the value of the item purchased and does not extend to any indirect or consequential damages.
